Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on quantity and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Shipping Domestically
All orders within the United Arab Emirates are shipped via IQ FULFILMENT. Delivery is free for orders of 2 items or more; otherwise, a delivery fee of AED 35 applies. For non-remote areas, delivery is next working day with a cut-off time of 12 P.M. Remote areas will receive their orders within 3 working days.
Shipping Internationally
All international orders are shipped through IQ FULFILMENT. Delivery is free for orders of 2 items or more; otherwise, a delivery fee applies as follows:

Taxes & Duties
For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties on products that undergo customs clearance. These taxes (if any) are determined based on the individual’s country, and we are unable to calculate them in advance. Therefore, they are completely out of our control.
